I have been passionate about Myofascial Release before I even knew it when I was a kid working on my dad to help him manage his back pain.

I followed my passion for helping people by attending Kirkwood College for an associates in Behavioral Science, followed by my Physical therapy degree, as well as my Bachelors in Psychology with an emphasis in Industrial Psychology thanks to Ashford University. I continues to follow my desire to learn by keeping up on the ever changing trends in the medical field by taking many continuing education courses not only in Myofascial release but up and coming techniques to further the results she I am able to get with clients.

I am Certified as a BIG Parkinson’s Specialist as well as a previously certified Personal Trainer.I have a unique background before myofascial release to give my clients the best results possible. This background includes previous experience in multiple areas such as Skilled Care, home health, Orthopedics and acute care.
